## **Reserved Weekly Lesson Time**

### **Your Weekly Lesson Time**

Ongoing enrollment reserves a specific recurring lesson time for the student.

For example:

**Tuesday | 5:30–6:00 PM | Piano**

That time is held specifically for the student and generally cannot be offered to another family when the student is absent.

For this reason:

- tuition remains payable regardless of student attendance;
- missed lessons are governed by the Cancellation & Make-Up Lesson Policy;
- families cannot substitute another person into their reserved lesson;
- permanent schedule changes are subject to instructor and room availability; and
- the recurring lesson time remains reserved until enrollment ends in accordance with the withdrawal policy.

**Registration checkbox:**

□ I understand that ongoing enrollment reserves a recurring weekly lesson time and that tuition remains payable regardless of student attendance, subject to the Music @ Rugcutterz Cancellation & Make-Up Lesson Policy.

That checkbox is much stronger than the original one.
